·         Minimal Installation Cost
·         Does not required scaffolds for  panel installation
·         Tested system and applied on most high-rise buildings world- wide
·         Can accommodate building movements

Cons:
·         Expensive if applied for building less than 3 floors due to extrusion requirement
·         Required a highly skilled and experience contractor to use this system to be workable

Ø  Stick system
Pros:
·         Framing Extrusions are commercially available so need to pay new die or profile
·         Most façade contractor are familiar with system
·         Suitable for storefronts and small areas

Cons:
·         Difficult to perform QA/QC as all part are assembled at site especially during the sealant application.
·         It requires scaffolds during installation
·         It is difficult to address the building movements
·         Prone to water leakage
·         Not ideal for high-rise buildings
